By accessing or using EtherFlow ("the Service"), operated by EtherFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Files uploaded to EtherFlow are stored temporarily based on the delivery time-to-live (TTL) you select. Once the TTL expires, files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. We do not guarantee indefinite storage of any files. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of any files you upload.
EtherFlow offers subscription-based plans. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to these terms. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Price changes will be communicated in advance.
The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by EtherFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EtherFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and any stored files may be deleted.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
